Oka & Kelo - Satoma Base

Once an active hub of industrial purpose, Kelo Island has undergone numerous transformations throughout its history. Originally serving as a dock for the United Imperial Earth fleet, it later became a storage site for a Parts Supply Corporation, and eventually evolved into a strategic security outpost for the emerging Urban Armed Forces (UAF). Anchored just off the coast of Tairo and the imposing Mount Auhme, the island's dormant volcanic terrain provides an ideal, isolated environment for rigorous security training. Today, the Satoma Facility stands as the most renowned and productive base in the system. It played a pivotal role in shaping the early iteration of the Section II Central Security Units and became the foundation for the URS’s security framework following the UAF’s collapse. Only thousands have passed through Satoma’s grueling programs, cementing its legacy as a cornerstone in the protection of the nascent URS—and eventually, the wider galaxy.
