Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
The Old World has been vanquished in atomic hellfire following a war between the nuclear superpowers of Earth. Fourteen years at the final closing stages of nuclear winter, as the sun began to peer through the dense blizzard to melt away the snow, a great, mysterious snowstorm came in from the outback north of Canada, returning Maine and the New England area to its nuclear winter temperatures. The town of New Babylon must endure the second great freeze that threatens its desperately clinging populace.
