Welcome to the capitol of Eden. Vortex city is the shining jewel of the state of eden, where police, criminal, Civilans and rebels all combine to Achieve their Goals. Rebels for their various overthrow of the democratically elected president> Crimanls to make money, and thrive on the chaos they bring with it. Police, trying to hold this Powder Keg in. Civilans caught in the middle, trying to Enjoy life.
