Make sure to use full maturity and grammar at all times. In order to apply for Level 0 you need to join the group. In order to apply for Level 1 you need to be a Level 0. In order to apply for Level 2 you need to be a Level 1. In order to apply for the Scientific Department you need to be a Level 1. In order to apply for the Medical Department you need to be a Level 1. In order to apply for the Security Department you need to be a Level 2. In order to apply for the Mobile Task Force you need to be a Level 2. Once you reach the requirement for each application it will unlock at the menu.
