Izuhara Minatochō

伊豆原港町 This port was constructed hundreds of years ago by the So family, in southern Tsushima. Within Izuhara there is The Izuhara bujutsu gakkō (School of martial arts). The Keiji chiku, situated in the Izuhara Mura, which is notorious for Ryukyu shinobi. And the Minato itself, which houses both civilian ships and So Kaigun Omoi Bune ships. There stands a statue in the port in remembrance of Sō Sukekuni. Sō Sukekuni was the brave lord of Tsushima who made his stand against the mongols on the 5th of October, 1274.
