Fort Hermanson, Yawelij

Yawelij is a reclusive forest planet located in the northwest reach of Capricorn. It has large lakes surrounded by mountains with tall, majestic pines. This is completely secluded from other planets, but also is closest to Virgo, where the capitol is. The fact that it's the closest planet to Virgo in Capricorn makes it a great place for rebellion leaders to plan their first strike. The fact that it's also secluded from other planets means it's hard to reinforce. It's the perfect weak spot in the wall for the fist of the rebellion to break in to the front lines. This means that it has been a large controversy in the government. Capricorn governor Jukla'n Lokit pressured a few years ago that we should garrison 1 million troops into Fort Hermanson to fortify the wall. However, many governors believed this was just a ploy by Lokit to fortify his own province so he could gain financial gain from the military tax. For 10 years ago, it's been a heated issue in the legislation.
