Welcome to the Greenway Shopping Training Center, where future staff members learn the core responsibilities, standards, and roleplay expectations of working in our retail environment. Here, Trainees will be guided through hands-on sessions including customer service, checkout systems, stocking, and store operations. This training is essential for progression to the next rank and ensures all team members understand the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and immersion in roleplay. Trainers and Hosts will assist throughout the session to prepare Trainees for real in-game scenarios across our stores.
