Tak Squadron is an ad hoc force of transports and combat-worthy vessels, tasked with making small incursions and blockade runs into planetary systems. The force also finds itself utilised to supplement invasion force escort fleets. The centre of the battlegroup, the 'Talay Toka', a Pelta-Class Command Cruiser, serves as both a logistical and command hub within the Task force.
