Senate of Regurta

The Senate of Regurta is a loyal instrument of the Imperator’s will, existing not as a rival power but as a disciplined assembly to enforce and refine his decrees. Its members—handpicked from the nobility, officer corps, and trusted citizens—serve only at the Imperator’s pleasure, bound to uphold Vlastism and the supremacy of the Motherland. Debate is permitted, but never dissent; the Senate’s role is to strengthen unity, shape policy in accordance with the Imperator’s vision, and project the unbroken authority of the state. It is a chamber of order, obedience, and service.
