District 1 ------ District 1 is the wealthiest district within Panem, known for their creation of luxury products including jewellery, diamonds and gold, they are seen as the core of the Capitols fashion and design. District 1 was the first career district in Panem, with their tributes training in a specialist academy until they are 18.
