[RALLY] "The Atlas" Aircraft Carrier

Stationed in the middle of the Pacific Ocean is "The Atlas," a mobile aircraft carrier which houses several F-16 fighter jets and attack helicopters. The ship can hold manpower upwards of 5000 personnel, every one of which is ready to deploy at a moment's notice. The Atlas allows Blackwater to respond to calls anywhere on the globe, with routes that allow for deployment to all major stations in the Middle East, Canada, the United States, and the Arctic Circle.
