On a mountain in Robloxia, there's a facility inside, some Employees are working here. They created a Plasma Reactor, named ''HL Plasma Core'' in the facility, and did experiment to the Reactor, but because of this, earthquake often occur on Robloxia. This facility has been reported so many times because of earthquakes, but haolin (Facility Chairman) always has reasons to explain it, so this facility never got closed down.
