Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)

Have you ever been in a battle with someone and though "Gosh dangit, I really wish I could ban this guy but have an equal chance of him banning me in a retro themed battleground using various old weapons and no other newer mechanics besides healing"? Well you've come to the right place! Welcome to ban battles, the game where you can do everything you just thought of! Try and defeat others to ban them, but don't get banned yourself! Note: you do not actually get banned when you die, you just get kicked from the server GEARS ARE NOW ALLOWED!!! #retro #gears #battle #battlegrounds #ban #banbattles #damnitgrandpagothimselfpregnantagain #gears

Badge funnel

The duck. · other7 · 0.00% win

How many players have ever earned each badge — a proxy for how far players get before they stop. Steep drop-offs mark where a game loses people. Win rate is the past-day share of players who earned it; categories are assigned by a language model from each badge’s own name and description.
