Located in [Classified], a strange facility that began construction in the 1960s was completed and opened back in the 1970s. The story takes place on July 20, 1989. It featured a PRC Mark 1, built by Brad Incorporated. The game is set during the Reactor Core War, a conflict involving numerous regions. this site was shrouded in secrecy long before its catastrophic meltdown in 1989 due to dangerously high temperatures.
