A facility located on Capital Island in Westover Islands known as Westover Islands Research Institute is a facility which is known for being the first ever research labotory constructed in Westover Islands and one of WT's most valuable facilities as it mainly researches the Westover Meteorite, a meteorite which crashed into the ocean and formed Westover Islands and experimental reactors. NOTE: THIS GAME IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH "ULTIMATE DRIVING"!
