Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
A water tap, in the middle of the desert. - The Player who drinks the most Water becomes Mayor. - Water amount resets on death. - Only the Mayor can hand out Water. - If the Mayor dies, the next highest Water drinker becomes Mayor. As the Mayor: - Distribute Water evenly, but if anyone drinks more than you, you'll lose your position. - Don't give water to those plotting against you. - Keep the Vending Machine inactive to keep Citizens relying on you. As a Drinker: - Request Water from the Mayor to stay alive. - Protect, or attempt to overthrow the Mayor. This is NOT a hangout game. It is a survival social experiment.
