🐚 OCEANUS Province Located west of the Empire, OCEANUS is the oldest and brightest of the conquered provinces, cradle of cities, arts and thought. Bordered by clear seas and white cliffs, it was once the heart of the civilized world before becoming the most prestigious trophy of the Empire. Even today, its ports, theaters and temples dominate the imperial culture, although their pride was broken by the legions. A land of philosophers and sailors, OCEANUS remains unstable and proud. Cities obey dark laws, but their loyalty remains fragile, nurtured by memories of freedom and ancient rivalries. The Holy Order survives in the shadows, tolerated, watched, ready to light the fire.
