Unscribed Shore [RP]

June, 2003. Far southeast of French Polynesia, two unmapped islands sit in a dead zone of the Pacific. The Pacific Starliner, carrying just over 100 passengers, is thrown off course after a propulsion failure and caught in a violent storm. Instruments fail as they enter a strange magnetic zone, and the ship crashes into a submerged volcanic pinnacle, tearing it apart. Survivors wash up on a small, harsh island with limited resources. Nearby, a much larger jungle island looms—inhabited, watching, and far more dangerous. Nothing here behaves normally. Compasses fail, the environment feels wrong, and escape seems impossible.
