After rebel forces destroyed the original Tribute Training Center, the Capitol redirected all tribute trainings for the 20th Annual Hunger Games into the Peacekeeper Training Grounds. Normally reserved for drilling Peacekeepers, the complex was stark and militaristic—open forest with climbing, swimming, ranged weaponry and combat training.
