Hellgate Camp v2

RAIDING RULES: 1. No bandits past the yellow line 2. Turrets cannot kill raiders not firing behind the yellow line. 3. Explosives must only be used to destroy tanks. 4. No spamming. 5. 4 - 5 bandits must be in the game or for an HR to say so for it to be a official raid. 6. Do not use admin commands other than :m or :pm. 7. Dune buggies are only supposed to rush when HRs say so. 8. If you're at war with fire dogs, a raid won't end it. You have to finish at least 30 raids. 9. There cannot be more than 5 bandits and/or 5 raiders 10. If the raiders fall to 3 or below players fire dogs win by default. 11. Do not be annoying. Failure to comply with these rules will result in punishment. I offense = warning II offenses = kick III offenses = temp ban IV offenses = perma ban
