The Hall of Optatio, named after the peacekeeper which founded the Concordian Authority, Percy Optatio, is a double roomed parliament hall which consists of the General Parliament and DSGP. It is under constant works after an attack, as it is now being refined to be a formal environment fit for suiting diplomats.
