Welcome to the Imperium's planet of Tellus! M is the keybind for the team menu, bottom right corner displays the team menu UI as an alternative if you don't use M This game uses ACS 2.0.1 which means injury and wounds from player damage exist, if too damaged you will pass out, that's what the black screen means, it'll take a few minutes before it goes away or you respawn.
