[Concept] Record // Playback

Welcome to Record // Playback. This is a small concept project, made for fun in about three days, to test an idea that I had about a horror game mechanic. This game will likely later be bridged into something else, but for now is just a small showcase of a concept. As an avid collector of anything and everything VHS, I found myself asking the question, "what if this was a horror game?" when experimenting with one of my Camcorders. Record // Playback is that question imagined into a full concept design, taking place through a realistic recreation of a VHS Camcorder Viewfindr from the 1980s.
