The 40th Annual Hunger Games ★ ★ Theme: Bamboo Mountains During the Eighth Quinquennial Quell, victors determined tribute allocation by district and gender victories, bringing thirty-six tributes to the arena. The 40th Annual Hunger Games became a true test of survival. The arena was divided into four sectors, each unleashing a new disaster daily. Closing walls forced tributes into constant danger.
