Cyan Flower

In 1999, the United States collapsed into various different states, militias, and guerilla groups fighting for control over various swathes of land. Cyan Flower takes place in what used to be the state of Oregon, in a sleepy seaside town called Sh er i dan in 2004. The town has found itself at the frontlines of an internal civil war between the Cascadian Republic and other guerilla groups seeking to overthrow the government and install their own. Will you join the guerillas in overthrowing the tyrannical Cascadian government, join the Cascadians to ensure peace and stability, or go your own way entirely? This is a roleplaying game that stresses quality over quantity. Have a few (1 or 2) characters with in depth lore and arcs with definite goals.
