Joint Base Lewis–McChord, 2026

Joint Base Lewis–McChord (JBLM) is a major U.S. military installation in Washington State that supports both Army and Air Force units. It provides large training areas, airfields, and advanced infrastructure for joint operations, rapid deployment, and large-scale exercises, making it a key hub for combined and special operations training. Joint Base Lewis–McChord will temporarily host Navy and Army units together at the same location. DEVGRU’s presence is focused on conducting joint training and large-scale exercises with Army elements, emphasizing interoperability, coordination, and real-world mission rehearsal. Operating alongside conventional and special units allows DEVGRU to practice integrated operations, command-and-control synchronization, and rapid deployment scenarios in a realistic, shared environment.
