Δ Welcome to District - B. Δ Here is where one of the safest utopias resides. All held together by the soul of our city: MORTIS. Breaking our laws is not tolerated. -------------------------------------------- Curfew is 7 PM. You are not to smile unless in the given zones. Disrespect of the DELTΔ is not tolerated. Leaving government grounds without direct allowance from the DELTΔ. If MORTIS is found, it is to be reported immediately. Do not question orders from the DELTΔ. Only watch approved channels. Only buy approved things. Do not run in the Mind. 'Methos' is not to be mentioned. If anyone is found to break these laws, they and the ones close to them will be prosecuted. Enjoy your stay.
