In 2015, an unknown epidemic spread across NYC and the lower half of Manhattan has been isolated and cut off from the rest of the world. As the federal government tries to contain the wildly spreading outbreak, the people of midtown Manhattan struggle to stay on top amongst one another and the agencies left fending for themselves.
