Citizen, upon entering Ugltjoria, you have accepted the full authority of the State and all Ugltjorian Civil Statutes. Your presence has been recorded. Your movements are observed. Compliance is mandatory. You awaken in your assigned residence. An unfamiliar weight hangs over the city. You are never alone. Whether seen or unseen, the eyes of the State remain upon you. Proceed with your assigned daily routine. Do not question the silence beyond the city walls. MANDATORY CIVIL ORDERS Become a loyal citizen of Ugltjoria. Obey the President without hesitation. STATE LAWS Keep your face concealed in all public districts. Trespassing into restricted zones is forbidden. Salute any official portrait or display of the President no fewer than four (4) times each day. Do not interfere with State Authority under any circumstances.
