Headquarters, VA

The International Regulation Enforcement Bureau houses all of it's priority and highest ranking personnel for top authority decision-making at their extremely guarded headquarters, stationed in Quantico, Virginia. IREB's Headquarters, known as "HOVERBOARD" for radio communications usage, was previously under the possession of the Federal Bureau of Investigation as it's FBI National Academy complex. After greenlit plans to construct a new academy were officially launched into production, the sitting FBI Director had sold it to an IREB shell company in 20##, in which it has been IREB's executive base of operations ever since. Necessary additions to the complex were made shortly after IREB had obtained custody of the property which primarily consisted of the installation of Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) systems, as well as heightened security. The complex has since been labelled as a military installation, and public entry is highly prohibited to maintain the secrecy of The Bureau.
