Urchin National MOB: Eagle Federation

2008 was a strange time. As the Urchins went through an intense restructuring and transition into the authoritative and domineering military force it's known for in the modern time, it scrambled to have a place to support its flood of military personnel and bolster its propaganda with the strong image. With the help and support of Redtail, it scouted for rural spots to call home. Around 2010, they bought out and acquired an unfinished underground mall that was intended to double as a tornado shelter off the border of the Eagle Federation and immediately got to work expanding its aboveground perimeter and carving deeper into the ground to make a more secure and imposing structure. The majority of the MOB is still a hastily cobbled together underground monolith of unfinished concrete structures and aerosol paint, but it's where hundreds of top officials do their business, where weapons are developed, and strategies are dispersed to attempt and enforce global peace through strength.
