Equipped with surveillance tech, communication systems, and secure planning areas, the Clocktower is more than just a base, it’s a symbol of independence and teamwork. For Gotham’s covert heroes, it’s a safe place to regroup, train, and coordinate their efforts to protect the city from threats both criminal and chaotic.
