[ FOUNDATION DATABASE ] CLEARANCE LEVEL [] REQUIRED Facility: Armed Containment Facility – 610 Location: Quebec, Canada — near Lac Mistassini Status: Operational | Reconstruction Active Year: 2013 ACF-610 is a large subterranean Foundation installation constructed beneath the remote wilderness of northern Quebec. Built in 1989, the facility was designed to contain and research high-risk anomalous entities requiring constant security and specialized containment systems. Since its establishment, ACF-610 has expanded into a vast underground complex containing containment sectors, research laboratories, security command divisions, personnel areas, and Mobile Task Force staging zones. Several sectors remain classified, with operational details redacted under Foundation protocol. As of 2013, sections of the facility are undergoing reconstruction and modernization following Incident-XX and aging infrastructure. Containment operations remain active. Secure. Contain. Protect.
