You sit on the royal throne and you never leave it. Everyone comes to you to pay respects--generals, merchants, spies, envoys, and citizens. Each one brings a problem and a set of choices. Every decision you make tips the balances among your people, your gold, and your army. Lean too far in any direction and it all falls apart. The whole thing is based on the real reign of Queen Zenobia who dared to challenge Rome. At the end you find out how close your choices were to what she actually did.
