Showcase of the original Empire Bay. You can freely explore the city, either to revisit past memories or take in the history. Founded in 2012 by Salvatore Bellia, Empire Bay thrived, seeing out various recreations by several users such as FrankCosteIlo or bakers. It was founded based predominantly off of the actual Empire Bay from Mafia II, though the map is largely custom. Whacks invalid.
