Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
The Bolshevik headquarters are located deep in the forest and are a secret meeting place for members of the Bolshevik Party of the IRF, as well as organizations that assist them (for example, EZIC). The building was entirely designed by Partridge to provide a safe place for his party members to gather, while he fled abroad to avoid political persecution by the IRF authorities.
