Description
The Orbital Station Essen was launched by the priorly existing Russian Federation in 2022 with great success; being the largest expense and collaboration between several other nations and encouragement from the United States in an effort to cool down relations; however not all was fine on the surface of the Russian Federation, with economic difficulties, a continued oligarchic system and a rising communist sector the federation had fallen from a reinvigorated bolshevik movement. With confusion running amok on the Essen, a group of workers, security personnel, and radical cosmonauts overthrew the local governing body. Rather than following the norm of giving itself back as the property of the new Soviet Union, the Essen has instead declared independence as the Interstellar Soviet State.
