'Eala Frya Fresena!' 𝐄𝐑𝐀: 1940s Fryslân is a small independent nation located between the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark. It gained independence following the Treaty of Versailles through the principle of self-determination. Positioned along the North Sea coast, it is a maritime and lowland state shaped by its rivers, dikes, and coastal settlements. The state is structured around two principal services: the Lânmacht and the Thúswacht. Together, they form the backbone of Fryslân’s defence and internal security framework, operating across both peacetime administration and wartime mobilisation.
