[CI] Item Usage, Research and Containment [IRUC] #1003804923
Description
The Chaos Insurgency, IRUC The Foundation stores anomalies in boxes because they are afraid. We don't hide from the unknown—we master it. IRUC is dedicated to the study, extraction, and direct application of anomalous objects for the Insurgency’s advantage. From the Staff of Hermes to experimental biological assets, we turn the Foundation’s 'burdens' into our greatest weapons. If it exists, it can be used. If it can be used, it belongs to the Insurgency."

Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
