They were made up of some Exclave members acting as the command team and also union workers, few rogue FAB agents and few retired veterans. They share the ideals of both Northern Star and the Exclaves but are considered by Northern Star a “rogue cell” and so they don’t get along at all. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
