They Farm from the Poor, disrespect the Rich and Kill those in between. They are not bound by ordinary Law, often breaking it to benefit themselves in the Criminal Underworld. Luckily, The Law Enforcement within some of these towns go out of their way to Round Up or even Kill some of these Fugitives. Crime is not something you can kill, however.
