Akershusiske Ridende Jegerkorps 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 Akershus Riding Hunter Corps was a hunting unit in the Norwegian Army that was established by royal resolution on April 21, 1811, as part of a reorganization of the Cavalry. The department was a continuation of the 1st Søndenfjeld Dragon Regiment from 1701. During the preparations for the National Assembly in 1814, the regiment, like other military units, appointed members of the Constituent Assembly.
