Description
The NCR was a democratic federation founded in the year 2189 [9/16/16 IRL] in the city of Shady Sands. The nation of the NCR will not fight any other NCRs as they do not "exist in our universe" and there is no point in fighting ourselves. Constitution: Conflicts Past [N/A] Won [N/A] Lost [N/A] [We follow lore however liberties are taken]
