𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘'𝗦 𝗡𝗔𝗩𝗬 The Romanian People's Navy acted as the navy of the Socialist Republic of Romania. Military conscription was in effect here as well, being regarded as the "1 year and 4 seasons" conscription, because conscription in this branch lasted 2 years, instead of the traditional 1 year and 4 months in the land forces.
