New Data: This group has been ordered to withdraw their units along with Enclave Maincomm. Old Data: The Enclave is an organization with close ties to the pre-War United States of America, its federal government, military, and corporations. This cryptocratic alliance eventually subverted the continuity of government operations to ensure its survival as the true United States of America, eventually becoming a quasi-state laying claim to the North American mainland. While the organization commonly styled itself as the Enclave, it used United States of America interchangeably, particularly in propaganda. To wastelanders who recognized it, it was commonly treated as a remnant of pre-War America.
