Description

The College of Interstellar Affairs holds our allies and enemies, and houses official diplomats. This is an official government agency, belonging and controlled by the ASA and the Federal Council. Entry Qualifications: These apply to you if you're joining this agency to become a diplomat or if you're an allied diplomat. -If you're an Allied diplomat, you will be accepted and ranked into the allied role, however none of these qualifications apply to you. -No history of enemy group affiliations in the past 3 months Ally Qualifications: These apply to you if you're going to ally with Antamia. -Must have government aspects, can't be a raw military faction -No alliances with enemy factions unless you officially break apart from their alliance. -Cannot be allied with any socialist or communist group.
