Description

"Psychotronics" | Order no. 66 "Not one step back." The 4th Commission for Abnormal Occurrences, more often than not known as the infamous GRU - P or simply "Psychotronics" is a branch of the Soviet Union's GRU commissioned in 1935 for the purpose of anomalous apprehension, control, and research from both within and outside of the Soviet Union. Soon after the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, many departments and GRU as a whole were shut down, and its personnel reassigned or removed. That included us. Following our decommissioning, almost all of our staff defected to other groups and took much of our assets with them. However, this didn't stop us. Nothing will. We continued to operate, using funding from the sales of some of our lesser anomalies to buy weapons and expand our operations. We will continue to fight, and never stop until every last one of us is dead. Long live to Soviet Union! "За верность, честь и за людей!" | "For loyalty, honor, and the people!"
