The Community Management and Support Bureau (CMSB) serves as the central administrative authority and parent department overseeing both the Moderation Department and the Ticket Department. The CMSB ensures total operational order by balancing field enforcement with back-end management. While our moderation branch actively upholds community protocols and discipline, our ticket team drives the essential infrastructure forward by processing player inquiries, rank requests, transfers, and appeals. Together under one unified command, the CMSB establishes the vital foundation required to protect, organize, and sustain the entire network daily.
