Description
The Niederbarnimer Eisenbahn (NEB) creates mobility in local rail transport for our Berlin-Brandenburg region. The roots of the more than 100-year-old, traditional company lie here and are at the same time a requirement and motivation for an environmentally friendly connection between town and country. As a railway infrastructure company, Niederbarnimer Eisenbahn-AG owns and operates the Heidekrautbahn network in the northern Berlin area. As a railway company, NEB Betriebsgesellschaft mbH operates on eleven regional railway lines in the north and east of Brandenburg on behalf of the Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB).
