Guardians of the Sea. Those ranked "Pending" are not official navy men. They will not be able to join the Navy Team in Oceanic Guilds until ranked up to Sailor. To be ranked up to Sailor, you must have the uniform on and gain the approval of an Officer+ at the end of a training.
